Made-to-Measure Headboard?

The production process consists of several steps, in which every aspect is carried out with care and attention.

It all begins with a sketch, photo or drawing, which is sent to the furniture maker. A specialised AUTO-CAD draughtsman converts this sketch into a detailed construction drawing, which is then used by a CNC machine. This computer-controlled milling machine cuts the wooden parts to the millimetre, after which the furniture maker joins them into a sturdy frame. The frame forms the base of the headboard, with materials such as poplar plywood and cold foam providing a sturdy and durable construction.

Once the frame has been assembled, it is under-upholstered. Our seamstress then gets to work cutting the fabrics precisely to size and overlocking them, with any details such as piping also applied by hand. The fabric covers are carefully attached to the frame, after which the headboard is ready for transport.

To make sure the headboard arrives in your bedroom in perfect condition, it is carefully packed in protective materials. Our furniture maker keeps every detail of the production process in-house, so that quality is guaranteed from A to Z. Finally, our expert fitters make sure the headboard is mounted on the wall in the right place, ready to enhance your bedroom with a unique piece of craftsmanship.
