Warranty Conditions
The statutory warranty applies to all items you buy from us. The statutory warranty means that a product is, or does, what the consumer may reasonably expect of it as long as it is used normally. For some products, our own/manufacturer's warranty also applies. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
In addition, unlike in the Netherlands, the statutory warranty is subject to a time limit, and this may differ per country. This must also be communicated. The statutory warranty periods per country are listed below.Â
In Germany, a mandatory statutory warranty period of 2 years applies.
In Belgium, a mandatory statutory warranty period of 2 years applies.
Manufacturer's warranty
All DOUXE products are made with the greatest possible care and expertise by skilled people. Every product is thoroughly checked and meets strict quality guidelines and durability requirements. Should a complaint nevertheless arise as a result of material, construction or manufacturing defects, DOUXE takes responsibility and offers a Store Credit, or replaces or repairs the product, in accordance with the warranty conditions. A DOUXE Store Credit is a ‘shop credit’ that can be spent at DOUXE.
Due to depreciation and normal wear and tear, the amount of the Store Credit to the buyer decreases every year. The original invoice or other proof of delivery from DOUXE is required as proof of purchase.
