This keeps the footprint of transport, before the product has even reached our warehouse, as small as possible.

At DOUXE, we take a critical look at the route your order travels. Every delivery choice has an impact on our CO2 emissions. We are happy to help you make the most conscious choice.

Honest advice

Choosing delivery to our Concept Store? That is the most sustainable option, provided you come by bike, by public transport or on foot. Coming to our shop in Amsterdam by car? Then home delivery is often the more efficient choice, especially as parking in the city centre is challenging and parcel deliveries are bundled.

Don't miss your new hotel favourites

Sustainability starts with delivery at the first attempt. Every time a courier finds the door closed and has to come back later, the CO2 emissions of your order rise unnecessarily because of extra journeys.

We therefore kindly ask you: make sure you are at home at the time of delivery, or choose a delivery option that suits your schedule. Can't be at home? Then choose a pick-up point near you, or have your parcel delivered to our Concept Stores. This is often more efficient for the delivery service, as they drop off several parcels at one location instead of calling at different addresses. Together, we avoid extra emissions and make sure your parcel reaches you as quickly and as greenly as possible.
