Sobald Sie sich für diese Matratze entscheiden, beginnen wir umgehend mit der Fertigung. Ihre Matratze wird also stets komplett neu und nach Ihren Vorgaben angefertigt. Wir liefern die Matratze innerhalb von 6–8 Wochen per Möbelspedition. Die Lieferkosten richten sich nach Lieferland und Bestellwert; Sie sehen sie an der Kasse und in unseren Versandbedingungen. Den endgültigen Liefertermin stimmen wir vorab mit Ihnen ab.

Garantie:

Auf diese Matratze erhalten Sie 10 Jahre Garantie auf die Außenseite und 15 Jahre Garantie auf das Innenleben, etwa auf den Bruch der Stahlfedern. Dabei wird selbstverständlich die Art der Nutzung der Matratze berücksichtigt.

Which firmness suits me?

The firmness of the mattress is linked to body weight. This mattress comes in 3 options:

Soft (body weight 0 to 65 kg)
Medium (65 to 90 kg)
Firm (> 90 kg)

How does the mattress really feel?

Besides online, this mattress can also be found in our stores in Amsterdam and The Hague. In our showroom, we have various mattresses on display, often in different firmnesses as well. Our advisers can help you make the right choice.

Is this mattress really used in hotels?

Yes, DOUXE works with various 4* and 5* hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium. The knowledge from the hotel industry is applied in our mattresses. DOUXE is one of the few companies in the world to have made the step from the hotel market to the consumer. Naturally, you want the quality a hotel expects at home too.

How long does a mattress last?

This mattress has a lifespan of 10–15 years. This lifespan is, however, based on normal use. We also recommend turning the mattress 4 times a year: flip it over one time and rotate it the next. This ensures the mattress wears evenly throughout the year.

How can I extend the life of the mattress?

To extend the life of the mattress and sleep in a clean bed, there are a few steps you can take. Make sure you rotate your mattress regularly and let it air. After all, a person perspires about 1-2.5 litres of moisture every night. By complementing your mattress with a featherbed or topper, you prevent direct friction and wear.
