Delivery times

As soon as you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided within a few minutes. DOUXE gets to work on your order straight away. Products that are in stock are shipped on working days within 2 working days and are received within two to three days in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Pre-order and made to measure

If you have ordered a product with Pre-Order status, DOUXE will start making the product. This usually takes around 6 weeks before we can deliver the product.

  • Pre-order items: Delivery time within 6 weeks.
  • Made-to-measure products: Delivery time of 6-8 weeks or 8-10 weeks, depending on the product. This is always agreed with you by email.

Partial delivery

It may be that some of the products are in stock while part of your order still has to be produced. You have the option to receive the products that are already in stock in advance. We call this partial delivery. Please contact our customer service for this.

No confirmation received?

As soon as you have placed an order on our website, you will automatically receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. This email may end up in your SPAM folder. Please check this mailbox to stay informed about your order.

Delivery points in store

At DOUXE it is possible to have your order delivered to one of our concept stores.

  • Amsterdam: Oostenburgermiddenstraat 126, 1018 LL Amsterdam
    Available Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00 - 18:00
  • Scheveningen: Hellingweg 96D, 2583 WH Den Haag
    Available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 - 18:00

Information about the delivery process

As soon as your order has been handed over for shipping, you will receive an email from a track & trace system. With this you can easily follow your order and change it if desired.

If you are not at home at the scheduled delivery time, or if you would like your order delivered to a collection point, you can make changes to the delivery process via the carrier.

Check your email from the carrier for further instructions. Also look in your SPAM folder to make sure you do not miss any important updates.
